To gain all you must lose much

It is only through loss that we gain in experience, empathy and understanding. This loss could be grief or through attachments.

To know that animals, friends and family who have left us behind are somewhere closer to us than they ever were, is comforting. They are only a thought away and watching us frequently with a care that was never applied before.

Lose fear.

Lose attachments.

Lose anger.

Lose jealousies. Lose power-seeking.

To lose a a few things of this world means a gain in our experiences to come whether on this earth or in the hereafter.

Power

You do not have to submit to the power of others.

You can be free-thinking and independent as long as your actions are in harmony with the expectation of others and fit in with the natural law as laid down by all spiritual beings working together.

Expressing power yourself without subjugating others to your wish is something necessary for confidence in your own soul and its achievements.

Believe and find your way

It is a matter of acknowledging that there is something, a force an energetic love that is bigger than any of us…. that causes and rides the world. Without a belief in this we are lost or indifferent souls groping our way through the daily difficulties AND some of us were born to lead lives of an horrendous nature but we have to believe that that is part of the great plan.

That must have been chosen by the sufferers … to develop a great deal by experiencing that awful life. Maybe many of us have gone through that in a past life.

Some of us are riding the wave of hope and some comfort and may we be able to reach down and push up pthers to ride that wave alongside us.

These facts, maybe, make sense of such positivity and negativity in this world.

Love

Love should not be dependent upon.

Love is the giving out of something which has first matured within you. Love is not expressed by owning or curtailing others.

Love is not the blissful unreality of falling in love. That is nature’s bbasis for ensuring survival of the species.

Love is the subsequent allowing of freedoms of our spouses and partners to be expressed. That new love is a maturing and flourishing of self and partner.

Love is the willingness to put aside projects for the self in order to provide nurturing of offspring while allowing them to leave a secure nest when they need that independence.

Love is caring for the needs of frieends and neighbours while maintaining one’s own centre.

Love is the incredible loyalty offered to us by our pets. Love is what drives the Spirit World.

Love is enduring.

Guilt

Make reparations, if an option.

Concerning older guilt, put it down to a mistake which all humans make to a lesser or greater degree.

A mistake is part of our journey of learning which is why we are here in this realm.

Ask the Great Spirit or your guides or helpers in spirit to help you deal withb the guilt or to give you a sign that a solution is possible.

The solution may be peace of mind for the perpetrator or the victim.

If it does not seem possible to eradicate this sense of guilt, place it in the hands of the Great Spirit.

This is not a state to last for an eternity. It can be resolved during your lifetime or failing that, shortly in the hereafter.

Life Lessons

May we all take on that extra battle in life and not just rely on those five senses . Dealing with only those five senses leads to all the ills in the world.

When we go we cannot take with us any accumulation of power and riches but we need to know that our soul has become enriched by all the joys and miseries of a human existence.

So, add the multisensory dimension to your already functioning five senses.

Those who do this are showing awareness of the fact that there is an afterlife, the fact that we should act from an inner feeling of deep love and empathy.

Be still my soul

Todays thrust of activity and intervention, pressure, hurry, acquisitiveness leads to an unbalancing of the mind - a denial of our inner minds activities.

We need time to rest, contemplate, observe the peace of nature, work with the soil of the earth.

It is right that we should each seek a fulfilling ambition using our talents and at the same time earning sustenance and shelter but do not forget to allow our spiritual selves, their expression.

This produces a balanced individual who can forge his way in the world but also sit back and contemplate the delights of the world within or indeed, the world to come.

The scream of us

I slept and I dreamed. I was fluid…I slipped from one state of being to another. I was both Arab and Jew. I was both child and adult.I wore the uniform of one. I ran in fear. I followed in hate.

I saw blue and other colours. I was dressed in all colours and styles. Everything flowed seamlessly from one state and being and emotion to another…. a flattened school, a frantic hospital, a barking gun, my feet running.

At the bottom of the dream and the page were the bewildered , hurt lost animals…. the goldfish in the bowl right up to the beast of burden. They must suffer too?

I kill your child…. you aim at mine. They are innocent, but am I? Am I righteous or full of vengeance?

I have always been here and so have you.

Don’t smash peoples’ dreams

Encourage. They are loke small seedlings planted in the undergrowth. Give them nutrition and light and so they prosper and grow.

Those in the know, those with the experience must foster and nurture the new talents, those souls which might be younger or less experienced but who are reaching for the light.

The old order of rigid heirarchy in religion is falling away and should be replaced by intuition and sympathy rather than by dogma and creed.

Love is unconditional. Creed and dogma rest with certain times of history and can become inapplicable to new and fresh thinking.

If a person dreams, raise them up.

Oh Cognate Man

Oh coganate man arising from the ashes of religious dependency to a state of apparent wisdom but trying to order the world with a new freedom to control and strut his worldly knowledge while unaware of what he has lost but seeking and unsure where his modern complacency will reach him.

Some of you sense the truth of what your world is about. Your new- found Utopia is not such….look around and see there is hunger and unnecessary war. There is still the clamping down of freedom of thought and action but rendered to you in a different manner.

The consciosness of humanity does change for the better but life is still lived in a sea of troubles and uncertainty.For how could there be a soul advancing without those earthly manifestation of difficulties.

The wise ones look down with sympathy and praise for your effortsand beseechings.

You and us

You are few (in the room ) We are many.

We can draw in as many souls as required for you to complete the task.

You were presented with the word ‘discord’. We are aware that many round you are disturbed by the ‘way of the world’…. the potential control, the many who are not in control of their minds through drugs or drink.

To be able to push aside all those misdirections of the human psyche is a gift or something which can be obtained through practise.

The world’s energy works on the Yin and Yang principle. This is meant to be as it presents a learning curve to those in human form.

Message from above

For in as much as I know things, there is much that I do not know, despite my being in a plane of easily accessed knowledge. Do not think that we, over here, have all the answers,all the knowledge. We continue to seek and question,

There are different opinions, even here, depending on our state of elevation or our openness of mind. We constantly learn and apply ourselves to the broadening of experience which we then hope to use for the benefit of mankind.

There are not many inspired activities of the human that are not almost directly energised by a soul or group of souls on this side.

We can manipulate to a small extent, physically, the practical objects around you or interfere with your electrical energies but our forte is influencing your minds.

This is enabled to be strenghthened to such a great degree if you acknowledge us and our being.

We are ever ready to work with all of you for the benefit of your earth and so many souls.

May you have peace.

Sorrows

Do nor be diturbed by the sorrows of others. By all means, empathise with them, offer comfort and help but the path they tread is the the path that must be.

For those who have passed,offer up feelings of hopeful progression for them. Thy too are onttheir alloted paths.

A wise man once said, ‘when you depart this earth, only leave behind acts well done.’

Kindnesses are appreciated and see that your stay on earth does not distract from the general progress of mankind and beast.

May your path be fulfilled.

Mistakes

Not sins but mistakes.

To think of our wayward actions as sins is as though there is a shrinking of our spirit.

Is it not better to talk of mistakes? We are on this path to learn by our mistakes, not to be beaten down by those who are on a higher path.

We are always observed by guides and wise ones who only wish the best advancement for our souls and they have the knowledge to help or can draw on the help of those wiser than them.

Do not be battered down by sin and shame but take on a measured appraisal of how to improve or not to repeat the same mistakes.

Small is strong

I entered into the world of Spiritualism with a desire to be in a healing circle. This was the basis that led to a strong connection with Spirit that developed subsequently. I always had a strong wish to become an automatic writer. Writing enabled me to become connected and for personal efforts to be used in the spread of knowledge and to be aware of the importance of co-operation between the world of the hereafter and this one , whether in the form of inspiration of ideas, messages of proof and consoling or the practice of healing.

In the modern world, the idea of seeking the help of a few great leaders is dissolving. The search for guidance from a strong particular religious or political leader has been transformed into a personal responsibility of a different kind.

Progress of Man’s hopes and actions now rests on individuals who are willing to live their lives with personal hopes and inspirations.

They should then find these connect like the threads of a tapestry through the minds of others.

The spirit world with their aspirations for us, will no doubt be aware of the fact that they can connect and influence the minds and actions of Man in the hope of producing results which are advantageous to all.

Action through love

By our love we will regain connection.

By our love we will achieve action.

By our love we will develop empathy.

By our love we will go forward.

By our love we will push aside the troubles of this world.

By our love we will set out to heal and help.

By our love we will honour friendship.

By our love we will soak up the sensations of the seasons.

By our love we will be contented with what we’ve been given.

By our love we will abide in this world.

Possibility

If it is possible,spread this knowledge. We have what we call eons of time.

Your time there is finite.

Allow us to fill it with knowledge and wisdom through the means of your hand.

What you know, have read, have contemplated and experienced all becomes fertile ground for spiritual expression.

We are healers, teachers comforters, enablers inventors and communicators, helpers to the lost and seekers of knowledge.

Through all this we connect to the pulse of divine love which is the reason for all things that are.

The great war

Millions of wasted lives…. wounds, shellshock then Bosnia, Vietnam, Falklands… We still have the regiments…. so proud of their historical origins….still suggesting to the young that they could fit into this mind-numbing conformity.

All of Queen Victoria’s 150 or so small wars all over the world…. subjugation of so many small countries and races… the civil wars where brother betrays brother and cousin betrays cousin… The Great War preceding Hitler’s taking over the minds of a defeated and hungry race, complicit in the happenings of the Holocaust,the decendents of those nearly obliterated now with their own territory, turning on those with whom they historically, managed to live in peace… despite being of different religions….. wars of religion, wars of vested interests, wars of oil, wars in a field with the wives and children picnicking while observing the senseless slaughter.

For what…. all passes in time….a bad dream….. all passes but so much damage to minds and bodies.

Trust, fear, faith , guilt

Enter a spiritualist establishment and the only one you need is trust.

It is through trust that you can develop clairvoyance… to trust in your own soul and in that of the Great Spirit.

To know that there is a natural law which usually leads also to a belief in reincarnation and to levels of spiritual existence on the other side, not speculation.

We ARE the captains of our own souls not judged. We progress to submitting to self- judgement and that knowledge removes fear.

Guilt is imposed on us by the teachings of a church or powerful secular individuals.

Sins are not sins. They are small proofs of lack of development and they are something we are equipped to deal with without judgement from God, judge or priest.

Good values are available to all to express with or without the existence of churches.

No- one would deny that we should be striving for honesty, integrity and compassion.
